Dear Students,

The results for accommodation and eligibility for senior-year undergraduate students in the 114-1 semester can be checked at the following website:

1.  For those who have obtained accommodation/extended eligibility:
   1. Please click "Confirm Check-in" by April 13 to continue staying in the campus dormitory for the 114 academic year.
   2. Accommodation options are as follows:
      • Senior-year dormitory students (excluding B13 students) who selected "Keep the Current Bed" may remain in their current bed.
      • Senior-year dormitory students (excluding B13 students) who did not select to keep their current bed may participate in the "Intra-Dormitory Bed Transfer Reservation" from 14th April (Monday) to 18th April (Friday), to book available spaces for the new academic year within their current dormitory. For further details, please refer to the intra-dormitory transfer announcements of each dormitory.
        • Current residents of Female Dormitory 4 can register for available spaces in other dormitories through dormitory staff from 14th April to 16th April (Monday to Wednesday).
        • Current residents of Female Dormitory 6 can register for available spaces in other dormitories through dormitory staff from 14th April to 18th April (Monday to Friday), or with the Female Dormitory 4 Counselor from 16th April to 18th April (Wednesday to Friday).
      • Other students should participate in the Dormitory Relocation and Freshman Move-out Process from 28th April (Monday) ,10:00 AM to 5th May (Monday), 5:00 PM. During this period, students will select their dormitory preferences and roommates. Detailed instructions will be announced in early April.
   3. If you do not need to stay in the campus dormitory for the 114 academic year, please click "Decline Accommodation."
2. For applicants on the waiting list:
   1. To reserve beds for incoming freshmen of the 2025 academic year (Fall semester), only limited waitlist admissions can be processed before the end of August. After the dormitory application process for freshmen concludes in September, the waitlist process for current students will continue. Current residents who are not admitted from the waiting list by Friday, August 1, must complete the move-out procedure by Saturday, August 9, and wait off-campus for further dormitory placement.
   2. Due to structural reinforcement work at the Women’s 6th Dormitory, the number of female students placed on the waiting list in this dormitory allocation round is higher than usual. This adjustment is necessary to ensure the safety of all residents. We apologize for the inconvenience caused and sincerely ask for your understanding.
   3. You can check your personal waiting list number and status on the application website. The waiting list number will expire on 5th December.
   4. If you registered for temporary accommodation at Yuantong Dormitory, you will be notified about check-in details starting in July.
   5. If you have already made other accommodation arrangements and wish to withdraw from the waiting list, please notify the contact person of Student Housing Office, Ms. Feng (anhua@ntu.edu.tw) as soon as possible to help expedite the waiting list process.
3. For those who missed the deadline: Please register for the waiting list with the link https://forms.gle/ggwQhxntdYgWCAfh8.
4. If you wish to apply for accommodation at Prince Dormitory, please apply at the Prince Dormitory website (https://ntudorm.prince.com.tw) from 15th July to 25th July. You may apply for both campus dormitories and Prince Dormitory, but if you are assigned to both dormitory, you will need to choose one.
